Hi there, a second post for me today. I have been eyeing the challenges over at Festive Friday the past few weeks and I have finally made a Christmas card, first one this year-YAY!
I was truly inspired by the golden tree and the aqua-pink colour combo for this challenge #34. I wanted it to be quite CAS. I first embossed my PTI tree from Believe in gold (my first PTI set, way back then) onto cream card stock. I then coloured the berries on the tree in aqua and pink. I used the letters for joy from a PTI alpha die and cut out of the cream card stock and inlaid the same letters that I cut from a textured Bazzil pink, replacing the little cream circle bit. I thought it needed just a little more and punched out 3 tiny hearts to ground my tree in place of the presents.
I am so happy that I have a Christmas card to start my holiday stash!
Thanks for taking a peek,
Cheers-Chriss
