Starry Christmas Night

It's time for another Muse Christmas Visions challenge (#19), and I have the pleasure!

I am envisioning last minute shopping and snow falling...wait...I am not in Montreal anymore...hahaha.  No snow falling on Christmas Eve in Austin, but one can imagine.
I used two NBUS items on my card today!  My starry background is a brand new to me Hero Arts background stamp.  It was stamped in white pigment ink over my dried sponged card front.  The cityscape scene was created with a new Paper Smooches Wise Die Super 2.  I die cut the buildings in a textured grey CS and then again in fun foam to stamp the back buildings in grey to create some depth.  I lined the back of the CS buildings with yellow vellum for some "left on light" office windows.  The sentiment is an old SU from about 10 years ago and I still love the font.  It was heat embossed with Ranger white EP.  My trio of little hearts are PTI and after stamping in red, I went over with a gel pen for a little shine and dimension.  The card was trimmed down 1/8" all sides and adhered to a grey panel.
So, what kind of a starry Christmas night do you see/envision?
Are you a little bit country or big city?
I look forward to seeing what you come up with this week!

My background stamp and city buildings die are NBUS!

Anything Goes challenge!

  1. I love how you have no Christmas product here (except the sentiment) but it's still so Christmassy! Can't wait to see how everyone's inspired this week!

  3. This is lovely! I love the scene you've created and I'm so ready for Christmas now after seeing your card! I had to pop over after seeing your thumbnail on Darnell's NBUS challenge! I'm more of a little bit country Christmas, but I get a bit of both with working in the city and living in the country.
