This is for the City Crafter Challenge Blog with a nautical theme for week #214...this little baby boy overall set with sailboat on the bib from Impression Obsession was the only "nautical" item I could think of and locate to create with.
The image is stamped directly onto a teeny patterned paper and I coloured with Copics. The background card stock is a retired green from Stampin' Up and I ran it through an EF and then positioned over the white card base, secured and cut off the excess.
The sentiment is also from the same set and I added a few white sequins to finish it off.
That's a simple, simple baby card...
