Crazy for Mums

There's a new blog on the block and it is called Crazy for Challenges!  It was created by some very familiar and talented ladies.  The first challenge has been posted and it is a sketch challenge (my favourite kind of challenge)and the sketch was created by Cindy Haffner!  Here is the sketch and here is my card!

Really fun sketch Cindy!

I wanted to make a fall card and have been having fun with one of the last releases from PaperTrey Ink, the Autumn Abundance set.

To make the card, I stamped the image with SU basic Gray ink and colored with some Copic markers.  I then used my circle nestabilities and cut out the image and also embossed the perimeter with a larger circle and the tan embossing mat.
Most of the edges on all of the papers are sponged with the Tango Tangerine ink.  The image was also backed with a larger PTI circle from the Bitty Dots paper pack and then I used a Blossom Nestability on a sheet from the Autumn Abundance paper pack.

The rest is pretty straight forward and I really think I will use this sketch again.  I am looking forward to the next challenge from this talented group of ladies and can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with!
Thanks for visiting ;)
Cheers,
Chriss
