Elegant Irish Frock

Hi Everyone!  I have returned from a wonderful visit with my sweet MIL in Montreal.  We celebrated her birthday!  On this first day back home, I had planned to catch up on all kinds of housework chores and lots of playtime in the craft room.  Well, I did get some chores done early this morning and I did spend quite a bit of time on making this ONE card. Ha ha ha..why do certain things always take 3 times longer than you think they will?  I did finish this and I do like the outcome of this card, so I guess I will have to be happy with a good card over quantities of a not so good card :)  I gathered shades of greens and used the CS 427 sketch.  I have not played with a SC challenge in over a year, so here goes.
The flower dies are PTI which I layered and added some green rhinestones to the center, the sentiment is Stampin' Up and I had the wee Irish frock button in my stash.  Most edges were sponged in SU Garden Green.  The leaves were made with paper and felt and die cut with a Memory Box die.  I layered a pleated card stock border with a punched EK Success  border  I made.
I am playing along in 4 challenges and they are...
Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger
SC sketch challenge 427
Papercraft Star using green
FlourishesTimeless Tuesday 211
