Falling Leaves
World Card Making day will be celebrated tomorrow, and what a busy day it will be! So many events that are available to participate in! I have made today's card for two challenges that are not directly associated with WCMD but wanted to try at the challenges. Moxie Fab World has issued a challenge to make a "gradient" card and the Impression Obsession blog has issued a challenge to make a grateful/thankful card using I.O. stamps. I have a good assortment of I.O. stamps, but only one leaf image, and I really wanted to use a falling leaf theme. Here it is. I was inspired by the Basic Grey Indian Summer 6 X 6 paper pack. I stamped directly onto the papers and cut out the leaves. I arranged them on a yellow panel and added a MS border punched from a different colour and layered it onto the same yellow so that it would be visible. I like the way the card turned out, rich colours and I think that I managed to create some movement so that the leaves kinda look like they are falling. Thanks for taking a peek, I am always thankful that you stop by and leave a little comment ;)Cheers, Chriss
This is a beautiful fall card! I love everything about it!
