It has been so very hot here these past few weeks! The tomato plants baked, as did the peppers and squash.
When I saw the challenge over at Memory Box "Cool Thoughts for Warm Days", I immediately thought of hot air balloons. I have always wanted to take a ride in one and have imagined how quiet and cool the air must be whilst floating way up...one day!
I used Memory Box hot air balloon dies to cut out from patterned paper.
I used the PS Celebrate sentiment from
Bold Buzz Words and I heat embossed with black EP. It is nice and glossy IRL! I find these sentiments to be so cheery! This is headed over to their
Anything Goes challenge!
We might get some rain tonight...fingers crossed!
What a fabulous card, Chriss ... all those yummy paper pieced hot air balloons floating through the softly sponged sky put me in mind of the montgolfier festival in this part of the world ... calm and lovely! Hugs, mon amie! Anita :)
