Ellen's Pin challenge and a second cup sketch!

While I was playing around with Leigh's sketch again this afternoon, I had in the back of my mind that I wanted to make a card for the new Ellen Hutson Pin-Sights challenge.
Here is the "Pin" photo that is the inspiration...

I used the two pairs of shoes from the Twelve Days set (yes it is a Christmas set, but...) that I heat embossed in gold and then coloured in gold with a Zig marker and black and pink with the Sakura Spica pens.  The black sheet does not show up as sparkly in this pic, but it is in real life!  I added a few gold sequins and two thin gold foil strips framing a piece of patterned paper that I had as a scrap with a bench and this cute sentiment printed on it.  This card came together very easily!
Thanks Leigh for such an inspirational CAS(e) this sketch!  I couldn't resist this second cup...
Thanks for taking a peek!

Have a great weekend!

  1. Oh my Chriss... this is exquisite! Love that striped fabric in the photo, don't you? Your little bench is just the sweetest one though... Santa forgot to bring me that Twelve Days set... next Christmas maybe, if I'm a good girl - fat chance!!! Is there a third cup available? =] =]
