Hope that you have had a great start to your week!
I spent yesterday with the day 1 plan for the Stretch Your Stamps II class. I am loving the first lessons!
Here are a couple of cards that I have created for a part of the class "homework". Like I said...a part of the lessons...I am already a little behind, but can catch up at anytime the way the classes work :)
I had to create this background stamp as I didn't have the background stamp that the wonderful talent team are using. Haha, I am stretching my stamps already!
I used a PTI borders stamp and stamped in white ink on kraft card stock and also made some card fronts by stamping the same border stamp in white on ivory card stock in order to actually see my stamped portions before white embossing. ETA I am also linking this card to The Simon Says Stamp Blog for Work it Wednesday for the BLUE challenge going on right now.
I then water coloured using my Inktense pencils and water in varying colours.
Yes, rainbow colours...go figure. I did not want to stray from the lesson plan hence the rainbow colours :)))
I am loving these pencils too as you can really decide the intensity of the colour you want on your work by adjusting the water amount. Very easy and not messy at all. The cards are pretty self explanatory...I used portions of both my finished products to make these two cards and I have lots more ideas to use the other finished panels!
Thanks for taking a peek!
