Colour of the Year-Friday Mash Up

So, here's my take on the Pantone colour of the year.
I made this card using the same sketch as yesterdays from CAS(E) #59.  I am also entering this for the Friday Mash Up #142 (a new one to me...where have I been?):)
This challenge was asking for a birthday and or to use twine.  I had this twine flower as a leftover in my stash.  I think it is quite close to radiant orchid but a little too dark in the photo.  I had made several in assorted colours and this one just didn't have a home until I thought to use it for today's card.  I made this SU "the sweetest stem sizzlet" with PTI chartreuse card stock and added this little flower button and embellished with a white enamel center.

Does anyone else out there have trouble using this colour?

Thanks for taking a peek!

Have a great day,
Chriss

  2. Beautiful! I love how you used the twine to create a flower, and how trendy to make a Pantone color card. :) Thanks for joining the Friday Mashup this week.
