I am finishing off some more Christmas cards for the breast cancer event tomorrow night, Thursday. I found out today that it is taking place...outside. It is unusually chilly here in Austin and ANYONE that knows me, knows I consider it cold if the thermometer is registering below 83! I will be layered for sure!
Well, enough of my whining. This cute mouse stamp is from PTI tags and I stamped her in black and used Nestabilities to cut out the circles. The dp is from the Cosmo Cricket Jolly by Golly and the cream card stock was textured with a Quickutz embossing folder "Retro Diamonds". It has been used a lot this week by me ;) I added the teeny
rhinestones for a little detail. They are a nice size to use when using the petite scallop Nestabilities (imho)

The next card is an "all PTI" card, except for the SU pomegranate ink. It is a good enough match (when you don't have scarlet jewel!) and I kinda like that it is a little brighter shade for this card. The same embossing folder was used and the dp is from this years PTI Christmas pack. The ribbon is scarlet jewel and I have used up the whole spool, so I guess I have to order more (and maybe the matching ink too, since I am paying for shipping anyway...right? The borders were created with one of my trusty MS punches. The sentiment is from the Believe set, the very first set that attracted me to PaperTrey Ink in the first place (2 yrs ago?) and I only ordered the set last month!
Thanks for peeking in again. I will let ya know how the fundraising event goes on Friday morning...if my fingers are thawed by then.....
