handsome Thank You
Happy Friday!
It seems that after whining about the hot and dry weather in my last posts...we are in for some rain. It might be quite a bit of rain...
Anyway...I have been meaning to play at Ellen's latest Pin Sights challenge and this is what I came up with.
I was focused on the colour and texture of the gorgeous sweater and used a knitted cable stitch EF as the background to my painted panel. I made some stripes with my KGT paints and cut that down to a more narrow size. I used Julie's terrific stag head die cut from a piece of walnut coloured cs and layered over a nest of gold thread Julie's egg from the 12 Days set was stamped and gold heat embossed, then covered with some more KGT paints and I turned them upside down to stand in as acorns. They really look like acorns to me when turned around :)
The thank you die cuts from PTI were layered and just offset a tad.
I hope you are having a great day and that your weekend is filled with happy moments!
Thanks for stopping by!
Chriss
