I made another card for the Gallery Idol contest...they are announcing the 20 finalists tomorrow. This is a first time for me so...
I made the card with Echo Park papers "For the Record" and used the tiny Lockhart kite stamp as inspiration, stamping directly onto the printed paper. For the kite tails, I tied some narrow silk ribbon scraps around the tail. They are popped up on foam for better definition. The Congrats letters are a mix of black thickers and some CuttleBug alpha dies that I used on the Echo Park papers. I also added black zig zag stitching for more contrast. Have you entered into this contest? I read that there were over 1500 entries this year!
Hope that you are having a great week and thanks for taking a peek!
Cheers!
Chriss
